You can change the jumping height really easy, even up to 3 m if need be.

You don´t need nuts and bolts for installing. Just slip the peg in to place and It´s ready for jumping. Works like J-cups.

Plyo box for rig fits into 80 mm x 80 mm uprights. Works as a really good platform if you are planning little obstacle course in your gym.
