VBC Sand balls for strength training, lifting, throwing, carrying and dragging. Standard sizes 20 kg, 30 kg, 40 kg, 50 kg and 60 kg. Works very well as a substitute for atlas stones and other sand bags. Especially if you don´t have the atlas molds or time to make them. Also you can drop these on the floor without breaking it. These are masterfully engineered and probably the first sand bag that doesn´t leak. With these bad boys you will make your training even more versatile / tedious or some might say fun.
Especially if you like to compete in functional fitness these sand bags are a must. You will greatly benefit by taking them as a part of your training regimen. Many competition have already seen these as a part of an event.
These bags are made from 1000 denier Nylon and built tough, but that does not mean they don’t need a bit of love – hugging them on long walks helps but is not always enough It´s good to remember few points:
Use on smooth/rubber surfaces will increase the longevity of the bag Watches and zips being worn whilst using can lead to rips Using the opening as a handle is a NO-NO, as this puts undue strain on the Velcro and seams Smooth dry filler sand is advised, your filler will ultimately determine your weight Fill the inner bag to max capacity, roll back the funnel, lightly drop the bag a few times and top up. You may get a little ‘dust’ that comes out of the inner into the main-bag. This is normal!
