5.11 Plate Carrier is designed to be as light and as comfortable as possible, but still retaining its high functionality, regardless if you do CrossFit or work.This particular plate carrier is really comfortable to carry even when running or doing pull ups. Very high quality, to which cheaper plate carriers can´t compare. If you are looking for ultimate Plate carrier that will last a lifetime, then this is your choice. This plate carrier has really comfortable waist band, that keeps the vest in place, even when you are going hard with your training. The only movement where the vest was in the way, was bar muscle ups, but that´s because the plates don´t bend.

5.11 Plate carrier eats standard size (SAPI) metal plates. We are sure, that You can stuff enough plates in the vest no matter how strong you are.
