Stackable Plyoboxes-VBC, solve many problems. These are lighter and easier to move than ordinary games boxes. Stackable plyoboxes come in many different heights. Standard heights are 35 cm, 50 cm and 60 cm. Also available 75 cm. We can make them in custom heights and logos / texts, just give us your specifications and we make it happen. Stackable plyoboxes-VBC save plenty of floor space. Each box takes only 55 cm x 55 cm in floor space. And you can stack these on top of each other. Even 60 cm models can be piled 6 on top of each other, or even more if you can reach them.
Boxes are made of 18 mm thick birch plywood with CNC-machine, which means high quality and the end product is like looking a piece of art. We added stoppers inside the boxes, so that when stacked the don´t get stuck. We have these at our gym and it started to piss us off, when trying to separate them fro each other.
If you like to do plyometric exercises like us at Porvoo, we noticed that if you can´t jump like Michael Jordan already, you might want to start from something a bit lower and easier. And the lowest setting with games boxes (50 cm) was too high for most people.
Every athlete and fitness enthusiast should be able to jump from one leg, the solution is found with the 35 cm box, it´s low enough for most beginners. It enables many different training option like, different kinds of bounces, jumps box squats, Bulgarian dead lifts, etc. If you order more than 6 boxes, you can get them with your own logo/text without any extra cost.
